Section 1- My opinion Everyone is up in arms about Lions Mane for the brain health stuff and Turkey Tail for the anti cancer properties, but you can see all these mushrooms have overlapping related benefits, which means they can work synergistically for you. You can also see how both Tremella and Cordyceps have reports of neuroprotecive properties as well. I have read reports saying Turkey Tail excels at certain types of cancer but for other types of cancer another mushroom does far better. So I really don't see any reason to take one over the others. We might know Lions Mane to be good at stimulating neurons to grow, but we don't know what added benefit the other mushrooms will add to it. Since we know they have some overlapping properties, don't be closed minded about it. We are at the infancy of understanding any of this. This is why the Super Mushroom Blend to me is so important, it takes all the guess work out it.
